HIO: Hansecart "Hole in One" – Service
Der Hansecart HIO Service ermöglicht es Ihnen als exklusiver Kunde ein Intervall Serviceplan für Ihr Fahrzeug oder Fahrzeugflotte innerhalb der Garantiezeit und auch darüber hinaus zu wählen. Maximaler Garantieservice fachgerecht, unkompliziert und sicher.
Battery check, performance test, rims and tires check, lane adjustment, brake check, light check, suspension travel and shock absorber check, visual inspection of drive train, chassis and frame, QM entry.
If the guarantee is below 60% of the manufacturer's target values, all batteries will be replaced free of charge within 72 hours across Germany. In the EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and UK we guarantee an exchange within 7 days with the HIO Service International.

hansecart offers its customers 3 rental options:
hansecart Rent-S (short-term rental)
Short-term rentals allow a wide range of uses within a rental period of less than 6 weeks or 45 days. The vehicles are generally rented from 3 days and can be supplemented with additional rental days. Private individuals can take advantage of hansecart Rent-S from a rental period of 7 days.
hansecart Rent-L (long-term rental)
The long-term rental is precisely tailored to the needs of cart fleets during the seasonal operation of golf courses, sports and leisure facilities or other operators and entertainers of areas.
A fleet from 5 hansecart models in all conceivable equipment variants enables entry into the hansecart Rent-L with all advantages:
Professional hansecart service in Germany and in other EU countries
The contracting parties book rental income in full
Rental costs only accrue over the actual useful life
Costs for winter storage and insurance outside the useful life are eliminated
Repair, maintenance or repair costs in the winter storage are eliminated
Balance sheet neutral position, no investment in assets
Expenses for rental costs can be booked directly as expenses
hansecart Rent & Buy
The rental-purchase principle enables full freedom for all hansecart customers with an initially neutral position. A long-term rent of 2 to 4 years combines a purchase option at the residual value after the rental period. Each customer can then freely decide whether to buy the rented hansecarts or to return them after a residual value report.
